2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.
4. It is submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. At the time of appointment, petitioner furnished all the relevant documents and after verification of those documents by the competent authority,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45734 of 2023(2) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 petitioner was appointed to the aforesaid post. Petitioner has committed no offence. Moreover, petitioner has already been terminated from his service on 08.12.2022. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Gopalganj in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 284 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
