Petitioner is accused in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 331 of 2015 registered under Sections 380 of the I.P.C. and later on 411 of the I.P.C. was added. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that regarding theft of motorcycle of the informant, Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 331 of 2015 was instituted under Section 380 of the I.P.C. and later on section 411 of the I.P.C. was added on the recovery of the motorcycle. In fact, the stolen motorcycle of the informant was recovered from the Mahuahi Murshidabad near the Drop Gate,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56245 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 ,which would appear from the seizure list, not from possession of this petitioner, but the petitioner was apprehended by the Police mere on suspicion and remanded in the present case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Sikarahana, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S.
