The petitioners in the present case are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34525 of 2019(3) dt.27-09-2019 2/3 Sections 147, 323, 307, 338 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The nature of injury has been found to be simple in nature.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances wherein in the first information report there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners and the injury is said to be simple in nature, let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019 be released on bail on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Buxar, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. i.e. (i) a condition that the person shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii) a condition that the person shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any
