In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with (Fekla O.P.) Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 364 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 304(B)/120B/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the deceased. Allegation has been made that due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry the accused persons used to torture the victim lady (deceased) and ultimately they have killed the victim by burn. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is the petitioner who carried the victim to the hospital, inasmuch as, there is a delay of two days in lodging the FIR.
