2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 276 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals have committed loot and snached a motorcycle. The motorcycle has been recovered from one Lovely Sharma, who in his inculpatory statement has named the petitioner as one of the gang members involved in the crime.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 8.8.2023.

5. Considering the serious allegation of loot against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
