Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Sourendra Pandey Member(Legal Profession) : Mrs. Soni Kumari AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement:

Learned counsel for the appellant as well as the learned counsel for the Oriental Insurance Co. Limited are present.

2. It has been jointly stated by the parties that the enhanced claim made by the appellant has been agreed to by the Oriental Insurance Co. Limited and which has been computed at Rs. 5,00,000/-.

3. In such view of the matter, the award is being passed as the Insurance company has agreed to pay the amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- to Savitri Devi (Appellant) within a period of one month.

4. Accordingly, the matter is disposed of.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
