The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No.208 of 2015 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on receiving information about sitting of three persons to sell-purchase the stolen/looted motorcycle near the tea shop of Babban Sah, the police reached there. On seeing the police, all the three persons started to flee away on motorcycle but they including the petitioner were apprehended by the police and on demand, they could not produce the paper regarding the motorcycle to the police.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56218 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner was taking tea at the alleged tea shop and he has been apprehended by the police on mere suspicion. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.08.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sitamarhi, in connection with Pupari P.S. Case No.208 of 2015. Out of the two sureties, one must be close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he/she is related with the petitioner.
