The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kako P.S. Case No.88 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that from the hutment of the petitioner, two country made pistol was recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2019.
Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35131 of 2019(2) dt.28-05-2019 2/2 learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No.88 of 2019.
