Petitioner is jail custody since 21.07.2015 on the accusation that one loaded Katta and four live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti P.S.Case no. 217 of 2015.
