JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03/ 27-04-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 07.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31561 of 2015, whereby the petitioner undertook to deposit 20% of the alleged due amount of Rs. 16,68,778.57/-. The said amount was to be deposited within a period of four months. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner could not deposit 20% of the alleged due amount within a period of four months, but now it has been deposited. It is further submitted that the bail bond of the petitioner has not been cancelled till date.
The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is not being disputed by Mr. Awadhesh Kumar, learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7671 of 2016 (3) dt.27-04-2016 2/2 counsel for Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation. In the circumstances, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 386 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram is hereby confirmed, in case the bail bond of the petitioner has not been cancelled till date.
