The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act. The prosecution case is that the police went to arrest the petitioner in other case when the petitioner escaped from the scene, but from his house 600 bottles of country made liquor each containing 400 ml. were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery is made from the joint family house and petitioner is accused in one other case in which parties have filed compromise petition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55539 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 175 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saharsa.
