The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 03.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14761/2020 and for extension of time to surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 157/2019 to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st Class, Siwan.

The order dated 03.07.2020 is modified to the extent indicated above.
