The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Larayatarh P.S. Case No. 30 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120(B), 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is an accused in killing of the deceased.

Except for suspicion, there is no material against the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2022. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
