The petitioner seeks bail in connection Sessions Trial No. 36 of 2014 arising out of Barh P.S. Case No. 269 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected twice vide order dated 20.08.2014 and 01.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27094 of 2014 and 28921 of 2015 respectively, on the ground that trial has not been concluded which is evident from the report of the learned trial court dated 04.01.2016 and two months further time has been sought for disposal of the case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54209 of 2015 (3) dt.13-01-2016 Finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of bail of the petitioner, his prayer for bail is hereby again rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within the period as sought by him vide his report dated 04.01.2016.
