JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 52 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414, 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2023. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of allegation and also period of

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Ist District- Madhubani, in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 52 of 2023.
