Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 54 of 2022 lodged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the I.P.C.

As per the prosecution story, the informant has stated that a Nal was there at his door under the Government scheme. The allegation was made against 4 named accused persons that they have visited to the house of the informant and started abusing and assaulting his uncle as a result the bleeding took place from the hand and head in which the present case has been filed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37119 of 2022(2) dt.22-09-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady and there is nothing specific against her. All the allegations are general and omnibus in nature against all the accused persons. He further submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean and she is in custody since 21.03.2022, charge sheet has already been filed in this case.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Aman Kumar, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 54 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
