2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10785 of 2025 by which the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail by this Court and he was directed to surrender within four weeks from the date of the order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner was staying at Delhi and he could therefore not furnish the bail bonds in time.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission of learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53066 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 counsel for the petitioner, this application is allowed.

5. The time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below for furnishing the bail bonds vide order dated 28.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10785 of 2025, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

6. Accordingly, the order dated dated 28.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10785 of 2025 is modified to the above extent.
