JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being mother of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 19.8.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A,324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 304B IPC was added. The prosecution case, based on the fardbeyan of the victim Brijmala Devi, is to the effect that on 28.10.2013 at 9 A.M. while the victim finished cooking then the petitioner talked some meaningless things to her when the victim complained to her husband then her husband took the victim in a room, poured kerosene oil, lit fire and thereafter closed the door. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim. The investigation has already concluded and the petitioner is an

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim and the fact that the investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM III, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 248 of 2013.
