Learned counsel for the University has today clarified that there is no arrear of pension and in fact the pension of the petitioner was fixed immediately after his retirement. So far as all other dues are concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner admits that those dues have already been paid to the petitioner. He has, however, requested this Court to grant one liberty to the petitioner to raise any grievance with respect to any of the payments if still found due.

In case, however, the petitioner could have any grievance with respect to the quantum or calculation, he may raise such issue before the competent authority of the University. However, this will not give any fresh cause of action to the petitioner.
