One knife is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when petitioner and others assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.8.2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Lalganj P.S. Case no. 241/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
