One country-made Katta is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 05.09.2014. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but taking note of his period of detention in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K.Manjhi, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 210 of 2014.
