JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-08-2018 The petitioner has grievance that his answers to question nos. 156, 148 and 49 in the NEET examination has not been properly evaluated. It is his claim that the answer, which the petitioner has marked in the test, to the said questions were correct. In support of his plea, the petitioner is relying on certain books.
The Court cannot go into correctness of the decision of the experts in the matter of evaluation of answers to the questions in the competitive examination based on objective type test. The petitioner has claimed that he has filed a representation before the Central Board of Secondary Education
Patna High Court CWJC No.11227 of 2018(4) dt.07-08-2018 2/2 (C.B.S.E.) against wrong framing of model answers. There is no statement, however, made in the writ application, as to whether the petitioner raised any objection against model answers prepared by the C.B.S.E., which had conducted the said examination. In that view of the matter, no interference is required by this Court. Relief sought in the writ application cannot be granted.
This application is dismissed.
