2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., on 23.12.2022, the F.I.R. named accused persons including petitioners caused hurt to the son of informant by means of iron rod, lathi and danda. It is further alleged that co-accused Dilip Yadav snatched gold chain from the neck of informant's son.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that due to land dispute between the parties, a simple occurrence of Maarpit took place. Informant and petitioners are close agnates and series of litigation are pending between them. There is

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 730 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
