The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Rafiganj RPF Case No. 07 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 3 of the Railway Property (Unlawful Preservation) Act, 1966 as well as Section 174B of the Railway Act has prayed for grant of bail.

In this case allegation has been made against the petitioner that he was found with about 25 Kilograms of coal which has been alleged to be the property of Railway. In view of the nature of accusation, let the petitioner Alindar Kumar @ Alindra Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( rupees ten thousand ) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55273 of 2015 (2) dt.17-12-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Railway Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Rafiganj RPF Case No. 07 of 2015.
