JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2015 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks and is permitted to make necessary correction at paragraph-3 of the petition in course of the day.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught along with 110 litres country-made liquor and prior to institution of the present case, two cases of similar nature, had been lodged against him, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Lakhaura Muffasil P.S. Case No. 292 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran stands rejected.
