Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has submitted that in fact all the grievance of the petitioner with regard to payment of salary has been redressed by the respondents and nothing is due against them.

He submits that counter affidavit to that effect is in process and he undertakes to file the same during the course of the day.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4695 of 2016(2) dt.06-02-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the respondents file counter affidavit admitting the factual position of payment of salary then the writ petition may be disposed of on the basis of averment made in the counter affidavit. In view of the statement at the bar, the writ petition is disposed of on the basis of statement made by the counsel for the respondents with liberty to the petitioner if the petitioner is aggrieved by error in the calculation or non consideration of any of the payable due, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to agitate the grievance before the District Programme Officer, Siwan within a period of one month from today and in case such grievance is raised by the petitioner the District Programme Officer is required to address the same and ensure consequential benefit within a maximum period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of such representation alongwith the copy of this order.
