The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in jail since 17.08.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture after six years of the marriage.

Considering the nature of accusation and period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S.
