JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-10-2021 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to issue selection list for Public Distribution System shop in favour of the petitioner after cancelling the allotment made in favour of respondent no. 6, vide proceeding dated 31.08.2020, issued under Memo No. 677 dated 31.08.2020, by a Committee headed by respondent no. 4. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate representation/appeal against the decision taken by the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.707 of 2021(2) dt.27-10-2021 2/2 Level Selection Committee, Gopalganj headed by the District Magistrate, Gopalganj under Rule 32(vi) of the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016.

The learned counsel for the respondent-State Shri Alok Ranjan, AC to AAG-5 has got no objection. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation/appeal before the Divisional Commissioner, Saran Division at Chhapara against the decision of the District Level Selection Committee, Gopalganj and in case such a representation/appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be adjudicated, in accordance with law and disposed off by passing a speaking and reasoned order within a period of eight weeks, thereafter after giving appropriate opportunity to the affected parties.
