JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 09-08-2019 A complaint made to the Circle Officer, Bikram in the district of Patna in regard to encroachment on the village road of Ward No. 9 and 10 connecting village Barki to Bikram, allegedly by local people has led to the present writ petition because the complaint at Annexure-2 has not been disposed of and remains pending with this authority.

Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner and the grievance raised, we are persuaded to direct the Circle Officer, Bikram to consider the grievance as present in the complaint at Annexure-2 and dispose

Patna High Court CWJC No.12678 of 2019(2) dt.09-08-2019 2/2 of the same in the manner prescribed under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 with opportunity of hearing to the petitioner who is one of the complainant in the said complaint as well as the encroachers who are said to have allegedly encroached on the public road within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.
