Mr.Shailendra Kumar Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 11-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 155 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 380, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., the accused petitioners and two other namely, Md. Masood, Noor Alam and Moin came to the house

No.36049 of 2019(2) dt.11-06-2019 2/2 of the informant and began to abusing and assaulting the informant with lathi, Danda, Farsa and when the father of the informant Abdul Rajjaque came to rescue, the accused Md. Masood gave Farsa blow on his head with an intention to kill him.

It is clear that there is case and counter case between the parties and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.VI, Araria in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 155 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Nasimul/- U T
