JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-07-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to seek redressal of his grievances by taking recourse remedies available in law with regard to non-compliance of the order dated 28.07.2017 passed in CWJC No. 8183 of 2017.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with an observation that the petitioner would be free to take recourse to such remedies as are available under the law regarding
