JUSTICE AJIT KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-06-2026 The writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "1. (I) For any other appropriate writ/order/ direction to the respondents to make payment of arrears of salary to the petitioner with appropriate interest which is due since the month of June 2023 till date and also to make payment of current salary to the petitioner on month-to-month basis in terms of Order/Judgement dated 31.03.2022 passed in
Patna High Court CWJC No.8714 of 2026(2) dt.29-06-2026 2/3 Civil Appeal No 7841 of 2011 (Man Singh V/s The State of U.P.) by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India as-well-as several other Orders/Judgements of this Hon'ble Court and also in terms of several orders/directions issued by the Education Department, Government of Bihar in the matter of payment of salary of working teachers/employees."

Counsel for the petitioner, by referring to the order issued by the District Education Officer, Begusarai as contained in Memo No. 936 dated 20.03.2026, submits that appropriate decision has been taken by the District Education Officer, Begusarai on the representation dated 12.03.2026 filed by the petitioner and appropriate directions have already been issued to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai for making payment of salary in favour of the petitioner.
3. The copy of the order dated 20.03.2026 has been provided by the counsel for the petitioner to the counsel for the State and, as also, to this Court which is kept on record and marked as 'X'.
4. In view of the decisions having been taken by the District Education Officer, Begusarai, an appropriate direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai has already been issued and it is expected that within a period of
Patna High Court CWJC No.8714 of 2026(2) dt.29-06-2026 3/3 four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the entire salary for which the petitioner is entitled shall be paid and appropriate communication shall also be made to the petitioner.
5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
