2. The petitioner has prayed for grant of the following reliefs:

(i) for issuance of direction to respondent no.-6 the Sarpanch, Mane, Gram Kachahari-Mane, Block-Ekma, District- Saran to attend the meeting herself and restraining her son namely

Patna High Court CWJC No.8838 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/3 Purushottam Upadhaya @ Babloo Baba from attending and participating the official training on behalf of her;

(ii) for issuance of direction to respondent no.-6 for returning the articles of Gram Kachahari etc. which was taken away and kept by Purushottam Upadhaya @ Babloo Baba Le. Respondent No - 7 on her instance;

(iii) for issuance of direction to respondent no-6 to run the office of Gram Kachahari from the Government Building Gram Mukhyalay and not from her own house i e. house of respondent No.-7.

3. If the issue that has been raised by the petitioner is correct, the matter is serious. The son of respondent no.6, who is Sarpanch of Gram Kachahari, Ekma, Saran has become the actual Sarpanch inasmuch as he is putting his stamp everywhere

Patna High Court CWJC No.8838 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 3/3 and the same is being posted on the social media. One of the said representation to the respondent no.1, Divisional Commissioner, Saran Division, Chapra received in his office on 17.6.2023 is the testimony to the said fact.

4. Despite such serious issues raised before every respondent, it is unfortunate that for one year, no decision has been taken.

5. In that background, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the respondent no.1, the Divisional Commissioner, Saran, Chapra in next two weeks alongwith all the petitions/Annexures.

6. In case, the same is preferred, the respondent no. 1 shall immediately take cognizance of the matter and seek report from the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra and after hearing the parties, should take proper decision followed by steps that has to be taken subsequent to his decision in next eight weeks.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.
