Counsel for the contemnors that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 26.3.2018, passed in CWJC No. 6847 of 2016, the arrears of salary has already stood paid to the petitioner, however, since the opposite parties have filed an appeal before the Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Madhubani, pertaining to the validity of the employment of the petitioner, the balance amount of salary/ current salary shall be paid subject

In response, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite parties be directed to pay the balance amount of outstanding salary, in case the aforesaid appeal, filed by the opposite parties, is dismissed. It is directed accordingly. 3.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
