Petitioner is not named in the first information report but according to prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Subhash Singh, who hurled BARCHHI causing death of the deceased.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that on the same day, Subhash Singh was killed by the prosecution party for which, Karai Parshurai P.S. Case No. 103 of 2015 was registered. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-
