The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.09.2015 passed in CWJC No. 11943 of 2015 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.
3. A supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of
Patna High Court MJC No.703 of 2016 dt.14-09-2016 opposite party no. 4 Annexure-B whereof being letter No. W/362/Hexagonal/SEE-Cl/W-3/1378 dated 26/27.07.2016 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 703 of 2016 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
