Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No.186 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 147, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.
