The Petitioner has been produced from the Short Stay Home, Gaya, who submits that she is 19 years of age and wishes to join her husband.

Considering that she is an adult, the Superintendent, Short Stay Home, Gaya, is directed to release the Petitioner on such bonds and procedure as she thinks necessary. The Superintendent, Short Stay Home, Gaya, is further directed to check up the records of all the girls and if she finds that the Medical Report shows that any of them is an adult, she shall inform the Court concerned who will record the statement of the victim girl/girls and, thereafter, release her/them

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.966 of 2015 (4) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 on such bonds as necessary, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

Let this order be communicated to the District Magistrate, Gaya, for its onward transmission to the Superintendent, Short Stay Home, Gaya, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 55 of 2015 arising out of Moffasil P.S.
