JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-06-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have passed the teachers training from Dr. Zakir Hussain Primary Teachers Training College, Sultanganj, Patna. He submits that in the same academic session others were appointed but the case of the petitioner stands kept on hold.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents with reference to counter affidavit would submit that the degree from

Patna High Court CWJC No.10705 of 2020(4) dt.29-06-2021 2/3 Dr. Zakir Hussain Primary Teachers Training College, Sultanganj, Patna is valid only for academic session 1984-86 to 94-96 which has been controverted by Mr. Bipin Bihari Singh. He submits that the degree is valid from before and several candidates from the same institution including in the academic session of the petitioner have been appointed. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to enclose list of candidates who have been appointed as Assistant Teachers and have obtained degree from Dr. Zakir Hussain Primary Teachers Training College, Sultanganj, Patna in the same session to which the petitioners belong.

The details of such appointees should be furnished by the petitioners alongwith a copy of this order within a period of 15 days and on filing of such application, the Additional Chief Secretary cum Principal Secretary will look into the issue of discrimination in the matter of appointment and shall take corrective measure within a period of 45 days from the date of filing of such application.

In the event, any candidate of the same academic session have been appointed by the respondents who have passed teachers training Dr. Zakir Hussain Primary Teachers
