In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 73 of 2013 for offence under Sections 302, 120(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

This Court had called for a report from the court below who has reported that out of 12 witnesses, seven witnesses have already been examined. In that view of the matter, the case has reached to an advanced stage and, thus, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Kedar Sahani is rejected with a direction to the court
