Earlier the prayer for bail of the appellant was rejected by this Court, vide judgment dated 2.4.2019 passed in Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No.838 of 2019 on merit.

Submission of the learned counsel for the appellant is that the injury is superficial in nature and that the injury was not attributed to any member of the scheduled caste and the scheduled tribes..

Heard learned Spl.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail .

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court, as such this Criminal Appeal is dismissed.
