The counsel appearing for the University has pointed out that this court while disposing of the writ petition of the petitioner vide its judgment dated 09.04.2018 had deemed it appropriate that the office of the Hon'ble Chancellor would examine the issue raised by the petitioner and dispose of the petition filed by the petitioner. The observations of this Court resulted in the Chancellor having directed the Vice Chancellor to hear the petitioner and also further directed the Vice Chancellor to decide the issue in accordance with the provisions of the Bihar State University Act, 1976 within one month. It

Patna High Court CWJC No.10528 of 2020(3) dt.28-04-2022 2/2 appears that later on, the Vice Chancellor submitted a fact finding report to the Chancellor vide letter no. 09.12.2020 and 27.01.2021.

Keeping in view that now the proceedings are to be finalized by the Hon'ble Chancellor, it is directed that the steps shall be taken for compliance of the courts order dated 09.04.2018 expeditiously and within a period of four weeks the petitioner shall be communicated with the order. With the said observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
