This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30(a) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Considered the submissions of learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner. He has submitted that the petitioner's name has come in the instant case after about one and half years of lodging of the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48012 of 2021(3) dt.31-01-2022 2/2 his arrest/surrender within ten weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
