Petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar and seeking relief for setting aside the order of punishment communicated under Memo No.890, Patna, dated 22.06.2020 (Annexure-6 of the writ petition) without proper consideration of facts, law and jurisdiction assigned under the statutes itself and for other reliefs on the basis of the facts and circumstances of the case. 3.
Learned counsel for the State submits that there is provision of appeal before the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
Patna High Court CWJC No.644 of 2021(5) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the concerned Appellate Authority within a period of four weeks' along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of his claim and the Appellate Authority shall pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
