Madhepura which should be to the satisfaction of Sri Ranjai Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Birpur at Supaul.

The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to correct the same during course of the day.

In the light of the aforesaid submission, the order dated 11.02.2016 is hereby modified to the extent that in place of "to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Madhepura, to the satisfaction of Sri Ranjai Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Birpur, Supaul" be read.
