This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S.Case No.405 of 2017 for the offences under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of committing dacoity in the shop of the informant, taking away the laptop and other articles. It further appears that the name of the petitioner appeared on the confessional statement of the co-accused and the hard disc of the laptop has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. He is accused in three other cases. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the heard disk is a common article and apart from the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. He is in custody since 20.4.2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge or after six months whichever is earlier.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
