2. With the consent of all the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the relief as claimed in the present writ application, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11394 of 2025(2) dt.17-07-2025 2/3 petitioners are ready to file detailed representation before the respondent No.1, Chief Secretary, Govt. of Bihar, Patna and prays for an appropriate direction be issued to the respondent No.1 to dispose of the his representation within a fixed time frame after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. Considering the limited nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents do not have any objection.

5. Taking into account the formal nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is being disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the respondent No.1, Chief Secretary, Govt. of Bihar, Patna after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of passing of this order.

6. If such representation is filed, the respondent No.1 is directed to dispose of the same with promptness within further period of three months thereafter by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
