Petitioner and one other co-accused were caught carrying Ganja weighing 27 kgs, kept in two separate bags. Although learned counsel for the petitioner tried to convince me about false implication of the petitioner but I am not, at all, convinced and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 265 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
