JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2019 Admittedly in compliance of the order of this Court, disobedience whereof is being complained of, the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Madhepura has passed an order dated 29.01.2019, hence nothing survives in the present contempt petition. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to challenge the said order dated 29.01.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present contempt petition is disposed off as not pressed, however with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 29.01.2019.
