The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No.100 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the owner of the truck in question and he is not supposed to travel with the truck for loading goods that is the duty of the driver and the transport agency. Considering the same, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Case No.100 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
